Not only is this a great side dish for any meal, Chatpata Channa Raita is also a terrifc on-a-diet dish! Eat a large bowl of it and you'll be filled up, in your stomach and your mind!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas (boil with salt to taste)
- 1 large green bell pepper/capsicum diced fine
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lightly roasted cumin seeds ground coarsely
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- In a salad bowl, whisk the yogurt well to remove any lumps.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, taste and add salt if needed. Mix well.
- Chill for an hour and serve.
