This dip was inspired by North Indian Aaloo Ka Bharta! Serve it chilled with crispy dippers of your choice.
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed (roast potatoes over coals, peel, then mash for an even greater taste!)
- 1 large onion chopped very fine
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped very fine
- 2 green chillies chopped very fine
- 6 cloves of garlic chopped very fine
- 4 tbsps fresh (should not be sour) yogurt or sour cream
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to blend.
- Chill and serve with your favorite crispy dippers.
