Aaloo Dip

This dip was inspired by North Indian Aaloo Ka Bharta! Serve it chilled with crispy dippers of your choice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed (roast potatoes over coals, peel, then mash for an even greater taste!)
  • 1 large onion chopped very fine
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped very fine
  • 2 green chillies chopped very fine
  • 6 cloves of garlic chopped very fine
  • 4 tbsps fresh (should not be sour) yogurt or sour cream
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to blend.
  • Chill and serve with your favorite crispy dippers.
