- Mix the juice from half a lime and 1/2 a teaspoon of ginger juice in a glass of hot water and drink thrice a day.
- Chew a teaspoon of aniseed/fennel seeds.
- Grind 1 tsp each of coriander seeds, caraway seeds and cardamom seeds and grind into a powder. Take a teaspoonful with water, before each meal.
