- Cumin seeds
- Fennel seeds
- Nigella seeds
- Fenugreek seeds
- Mustard seeds
- Mix all the above in equal quantities and store in an airtight container.

Our family of 8 loved this dish. My older children are vegetarian and but don't like really spice stuff so I reduced the pepper and chilli powder. Our 2 youngest are autistic and picky eaters but they both had seconds. This was also a nice size meal we had enough for the whole family served over white rice.
