This tasty fish dish is good for you and easy on your waistline too! It's also really simple to make.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of any fish with firm white flesh cut into 1 1/2" thick slices
- 4 cups Hara Masala (see recipe below)
- 6-8 tbsps mustard oil
- Banana leaves to wrap
Preparation:
- Marinate the fish in the Hara Masala (green masala) for an hour.
- Place 2 pieces of fish on each banana leaf and pour a tablespoon of mustard oil on it.
- Wrap tightly and tie the parcel with a string.
- Steam till cooked.
- Serve with hot plain boiled rice.
