More Easter Menus
Still wondering what you'll cook for Easter lunch tomorrow? It's last minute but still not too late! Here are some suggestions.
If you're in the mood for something elaborate you could cook Mughlai Biryani and pair it with Chatpata Chana Raita. Top it off with Kulfi for dessert! This meal looks fancy and is a treat to eat but isn't too hard to prepare!
Having friends over? Wow them without spending the entire day cooking! Serve Yakhni Pulao (pictured left), Achaari Murg and a green salad. For dessert you could serve Rasmalai.
For a very popular (you'll see why when it's cooked and your family is praising you) Indian meal try Butter Chicken with Kaali Daal, Palak Paneer and Naans. Dessert would just have to be Gajar Ka Halwa! Yummy! This won't be a quick meal to turn out but it will definitely be worth the effort.
Get a taste of the South with Idlis, Chettinad Chicken and Beans Foogath. For dessert serve Payasam/ Kheer.
