Start With Lamb...

While on the topic of lamb, it is a hot favorite meat in our home... my boys love lamb! While lamb is not commonly eaten in Indian, with the preference being for goat meat (erroneously called mutton in India), I feel its rich flavors lend themselves beautifully to the preparation of Indian curries. Here are a few of our favorite lamb recipes that I cook often for my family...
