I was the pleased-as-punch recipient of much praise the other day! Why you ask? I made Lamb Chops - using my Grandfather's recipe - for my family, for dinner! Pops was a super fun guy and a terrific, adventurous cook and just cooking with his recipe brought back a flood of happy memories for me.
To make these chops, you can, like my Pops, also use Pork. After the initial browning of the meat the chops are cooked, with a variety of whole spices, in their own juices. The result is a delicious dish that goes really well with regular Parathas or Lachcha Parathas. Add a green salad and you're in business!
