Burmese Khow SueyI love 'Fusion food'. It takes the best aspects of two cuisines and marries them together to produce dishes that are both interesting and delicious and often a delightful surprise!

If you're adventurous (or want to be), try a few of my fusion food ideas this Christmas. You could do...

  • Burmese Khow Suey -I learned how to cook this fun and delicious dish from my Mother. I lovehow each person can put together their own plateful to produce a unique flavor!
  • Indian Style Chilly Chicken - Seriously yummy and so easy to cook. Chilly Chicken is hugely popular in Indian Chinese restaurants! Serve with noodles or fried rice.
  • Gobhi Szechuan - A great fusion alternative for vegetarians. It's hot, sour, spicy flavors are distinctively 'Indian Chinese'!
