My family is Anglo-Indian and this is never more evident than at our Christmas table!
Anglo-Indian cuisine is a delicious amalgamation of Indian and European dishes and styles of cooking - soups tempered with cumin and red chillies, roasts cooked in whole spices like cloves, pepper and cinnamon, rissoles and croquettes flavored with turmeric and garam masala... the list goes on.
I would be very remiss if I did not include some Anglo-Indian food ideas for you to try this Christmas. So, here goes...
