Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I read this on the social media page of a friend today, "If you woke up today, be grateful." I can't agree more. There is so much to be grateful for!
Thanksgiving Day is a beautiful tradition and I for one like to observe it with my family. There are many like me who also do so, regardless of their ethnicity and the fact that they were not raised with the tradition. So what would an Indian Thanksgiving dinner look like? There would be LOTS of yummy food! Here's what I will cook this year...
