There's such a huge variety of different kinds of bread served with Indian food, it's mind-boggling! There's Chapati (pictured during preparation) if you want low-fat and easy-on-the-conscience, or Parathas and Pooris if you're feeling rebellious and want to bust the tyrannical diet you're on, stuffed Aaloo Parathas or Paneer Parathas for if you want a meal in one dish, Makki Ki Roti or Besan Ki Roti if you love North Indian food, Mughlai Paratha if you want something regal for dinner....
