Goa Fish CurryA versatile ingredient, in Indian cuisine, fish can be made into a curry, cooked as a stir fry, made into pickle (!!), battered and fried.... What I love best about it though, is how quickly it cooks! Call me lazy but hey, I love a dish that doesn't take forever to get to the table!

Here are some easy, uncomplicated recipes to cook fish the Indian way...
