My firstborn turns 8 tomorrow! How time flies. In honor of his special day (and because it is what I will cook for him), I thought I would share the recipes for his 'favoritest' (a word he invented) Indian foods. Drumroll please.....

Like millions of Indians and non-Indians around the world, he loves these two iconic Indian foods and goes back for seconds and thirds (and sometimes fourths) when I cook it!
