Beat the Heat!

Tandoori ChickenWith temperatures only going up, everyone is looking for ways to keep cool. Right now, the kitchen is probably the last place you want to be, slaving over a hot stove! What about food then? Take it outdoors instead, and grill/ barbecue your meals!

Start with Tandoori Chicken (pictured above). This famous Indian dish is loved the world over and surprisingly easy to make. Once you've got the basic recipe for Tandoori Masala, prepare and store it so that making Tandoori Chicken is only a matter of marinating and grilling when you feel the urge to eat some.
