Kolkatta Kathi Kabab Roll

On a recent trip to India, I was determined to eat all the street foods I so fondly remembered from my years growing up all over the country! I did and didn't even get an upset stomach!!

One dish I was really eager to eat was the Kolkatta Kathi Kabab Roll or Chicken Roll! Succulent bits of spicy chicken and stir fried onions are filled in a hot, flaky egg-coated Paratha and made into a roll. Deeee-licious! Here's a picture of a street vendor in Mumbai, putting a few together for me and my friends Ian and Charlene! You've got to try the Kolkatta Kathi Kabab Roll. It's so hearty and filling, it makes for a really good, easy meal option.
