Charlene's Super Easy Mango Kulfi

My friend Charlene was over at my place and looking at stuff on the Internet. She searched for and found my Kulfi (Indian ice cream) recipe. She promptly told me how she had one that was a simpler version and had mango in it to boot. I absolutely love mango, so when Charlene said the words mango and kulfi in the same sentence, my ears pricked up!

This recipe for Mango Kulfi is so easy, even kids can make it! In fact, its a great cooking project to do with your kids. To make it exciting for the kids, use moulds in different fun shapes.
