Nobody in India loves their sweets as much as the Bengalis (from West Bengal). Not only do they make and eat masses of them - after every meal - they are also masters at their preparation. Bengali desserts are often made from Paneer (cottage cheese). Take for example, Rasgulla (pictured at left), Sandesh, Cham-Cham....
