Falooda can be made with or without the milk that I've used in my recipe. Both versions are very popular in India! If you decide to go without the milk just assemble the dessert in a bowl instead of a glass. I've also added nuts (in the milk) that aren't traditionally used in Falooda but that's what makes my version - Shahi Falooda - extra yummy! You too, should feel free to experiment.
