How to Make a Dosa

Wednesday November 1, 2006
PicNot only are they a staple food in their home region of South India, Dosas (crispy savory rice pancakes) are also among the most popular Indian foods everywhere else in the country! It's no wonder then, that there is at least one (on average) Udipi (south Indian) restaurant in every suburb in every city! It goes without saying that every one of these Udipi restaurants does brisk business serving Dosa or Dosai and other South Indian delicacies.

You don't need to trek to a restaurant to eat a good Dosa though. Make them at home with my easy Dosa recipe or my detailed step-by-step photo guide on How to Make a Dosa. It will defnitely be Happy Eating!
