How to Make a Dosa

Not only are they a staple food in their home region of South India, Dosas (crispy savory rice pancakes) are also among the most popular Indian foods everywhere else in the country! It's no wonder then, that there is at least one (on average) Udipi (south Indian) restaurant in every suburb in every city! It goes without saying that every one of these Udipi restaurants does brisk business serving Dosa or Dosai and other South Indian delicacies.
