Quick, tasty and very hot!

Spring evenings can still have a bit of bite in them. Warm up with this hearty Spinach and Minced Meat Soup. I have happy memories of slurping up huge bowls of it as a kid! It may not be "strictly Indian" but it's tasty proof of the fact that Indian food has been exposed to numerous influences over the years, added its own flavor to them and turned out something downright delicious. Hoorah for Fusion!
