With fillings ranging from healthy veggies like spinach and protein rich Paneer (cottage cheese) to minced meat and potatoes and fenugreek, Parathas are a great food to cook when you don't want to spend hours slogging it out in the kitchen. They combine bread and veggies or meat all in one easy meal! Roll these out in your kitchen and you'll see what I mean:
- Kheema Paratha (spicy minced meat paratha)
- Palak Paratha (spinach paratha)
- Paneer Paratha (cottage cheese paratha)
- Methi Paratha (fenugreek paratha)
- Aaloo Paratha (potato paratha) and
- Makki Ki Roti (pan-fried maize bread)
